Workout Update Week 2

Well...Monday was great and then there was a slight setback. I know i said I would power through even if I was sick. Well that didn't happen. Tuesday through Friday stomach virus won! Boo! Although I did lose 3 pounds because of it, not the ideal way to lose weight but hey I will take it. Saturday through this Monday I was back on track. Stay tuned...

OOOh I'm SO SO sorry that you got sick. That is TERRIBLE. Good luck with getting back on track. I think having a stomach bug is a good enough excuse to not excercise. I hope you're 100% better!!

Keep it up. Your on a roll now. When you see the results it makes it easier to continue on with the regement.

Thanks for the encouragement guys. It honestly helps. I can definitely see results. Tried on a pair of pants tonight that didn't fit about a month ago and they FIT! yay!
